The Kilnaruane Stone Pillar

Standing since the 6th Century, the Kilnaruane Pillar Stone rises over 2 metres tall just South West of Bantry, West Cork, on the site of an early Christian monastic enclosure founded by St. Brendan. Richly carved on both faces.

Bread of Life depicts the story of the meeting of St. Anthony, the Abbot and St. Paul, the hermit in the desert. 

Hand stitched báinín 100% cotton on black aida, cream mount, in a black 10.5" x 10.5" (27cm x 27cm)  wooden frame for wall mounting.
